✍️Calculations: Autopilot Algorithms

  1. Determine the maximum requirements for mass and size of UAV devices to define the height and distance to an obstacle (stationary and mobile).

    UAV - Vtol type, with a take-off weight of 12 kg, with the ability to attach height and obstacle sensors of 500 g max (less is preferable). Sensors must be redundant with the redundancy method to be determined by the performer. UAV speed 120 km/h, flight height up to 500 meters.

  2. Define parameters as follows:

    • Properties of each sensor

    • Optimal tasks for each sensor

  3. Create a control-flow chart of the sensors application to determine the altitude of an aircraft, and algorithms for switching between them.

  4. Create a control-flow chart of the sensors application to detect obstacles, and algorithms for switching between them.
